Privacy Policy

This policy covers admin.itsmias.com, the dashboard for admins of Beyond The Horizon's sites, operated by ItsMias.

What we store

Nothing about anyone is stored here. Each page reads the data from the Staff Portal, Contestant Portal and Production site when it loads, and their policies cover that data. Only admins can open these pages.

When you log in, a cookie on this site keeps your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar for up to 7 days. Login itself goes through login.itsmias.com, which has its own policy.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page visited, time and browser) for 14 days.

Third parties

Avatars and server icons load from Discord's servers. Your data is never sold or shared with anyone else.

Your rights

For anything about your data, contact ItsMias on Discord or at me@itsmias.com.
